The service
STRADA provides marketing and automation services to home-service businesses, billed monthly at the published rate. Service details are described on this site and confirmed when you sign up.
No contracts, cancellation
Service is month-to-month. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Website and automation assets built for you remain available during your subscription.
No guarantees of results
We build systems that respond fast, request reviews, and improve local visibility. Marketing outcomes depend on your market, your trade, and your business — we do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, or lead volume. Statistics cited on this site are industry benchmarks, not promises.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the messaging and campaign tools in compliance with applicable law, including TCPA and CAN-SPAM. You're responsible for the content of campaigns you send and for having permission to contact your list.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRADA's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
